Short Summary of issue (issue description): User (Juosseff Alba) has been unable to search for event 195181. When he attempts to search nothing populates. After chatting with Cathy we discovered anyone assigned to role "CSF EVP Event Services" also can't search for that event. Cathy and myself checked salesperson, checked status, and compared users access privileges to USI admin. USI Admin was able to search for this event successfully.

Recreation Steps:
1. Go to Events
2. Under Event ID search for "195181"
Observed vs. Expected Results: The event for ID 195181 should populate but the users assigned to this role get no results.
What does the client want to accomplish: What to be able to search for events properly.

This is an access privilege issue. They are using the following access privilege.
This event has the following coordinator.
If you go into the details of that access privilege, that coordinator was not added.
Once you add them the event shows up.
