Description of the issue: 1.      Can the colours for each “usage” and “status” or any columns with colour in them fill across the whole cell for better visibility. 

2.      When making for delete, can the bin icon be red or be more visible to make it easier to see what is being deleted – could easily accidentally delete items

3.      Can the date line in the functions tab be shaded/coloured so that you can differentiate each day better 

4.      Issue with dropdown menus and typing until finding the desired item – note class; functions tab – usage column, space column. Can’t hit tab as the item isn’t highlighted and it will leave the cell blank. Even the down arrow won’t highlight the item. Please bring back the ability to use tab, enter and other function buttons.

5.      Dashboard refreshes every time it is returned to. In the ‘Events – Event Services – Today Forward’ view, I personally hide other people’s events and just have my own up but have to press display all rows again and minimise other staff after closing an event. Doesn’t make sense for it to be live when there is also a refresh button on the page and every item. Did not refresh on old UI. 

6.      Updated an activity and pressed Apply Changes. Pressed cancel to exit the editing screen and a prompt came up saying ‘unsaved changes’ and asked to discard or save changes. Why is there a pop up to save changes when they have been saved.

7.      When selecting ‘Add Order’ the cursor automatically sits in the ‘function’ box (in the information section up the top) rather than the search bar. Slows me down.

• Business impact if not resolved: Alot of this feedback relates to users having to spend more time on unnecessary navigation of the software and the New UI creating a lot more clicks for the user.
• Momentus mentioned that one of the reasons the new UI has been created is to allow for inclusion of all users, however some decisions that have been made are causing more negatives that positives for all users
• This is taking up valuable time and is causing frustration for users.
• Simple things that should have been tested by Momentus prior to being released to paying customers should have been addressed and have not been, which is disappointing to end users.

     1. We do not have any plans to change this. We advise customers to re-evaluate their colors chosen if they are difficult to read.

     2. We have not removed these functionalities. When a user is focused on an editable cell they begin typing to activate the cell.

     1. The cursor/focus point when opening a drawer, page, or modal is the first editable element. In the case of Adding Order, and their layout configuration, this is Functions.
