Can't edit orders in OSB My Events

Description of the issue: Hyperlink for 'Manage' orders on the My Events page in the OSB for Org 20 in Greater Sydney Parklands/Centennial TEST2 isn't working/responding when clicked on. Even though OSB and OP have both been setup for editing/modifying orders.

Client version: 24.22025012101 (TEST2)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to online space booking configurations and select Shelter Bookings - Western Sydney - Private/Community
2. Click on the shortcut URL for public facing OSB site
3. Fill the creds USIADMIN/ITRocks2014 for sign in and go to My Events and select the Bill's birthday event or 5001
4. Try to click on the Manage option/hyperlink and click on modify the order but it will not load further for editing the event.
5. OSB config used to create the "Bill's birthday event -Shelter Bookings - Western Sydney - Private/Community and ID - 8
6. We are trying to modify/edit the order in same configuration

Expected results: The manage link takes you to a screen to edit the event and modify order and it should let you edit the order.
What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Client is trying to edit the order created with same configuration ESC after place and order.
Business impact if not resolved: client is unable to manage or edit events once added to cart and confirmed
