NEW UI - Pages refreshing
AnsweredBusiness impact if not resolved: Causing unnecessary navigation for users that are heavenly using the areas such as Event Planners and AV Production coordinators.
Description of the issue:
Calendar - can the calendar not refresh to current month when an event is closed. When a user navigates to a month in the future via the calendar and edits an event, once the event is canceled out of, or the user selects to go back via cookies to the calendar, it switches back to the current month.
Functions tab - when anything is edited/updated in the functions tab and save is pressed, the page reloads and scrolls back up to the top. Users loose the spot where they were working on. On large event this is very time consuming to have to scroll to the place they are working every time they save.
Bookings - can the bookings tab NOT refresh the view back to default every time the save button is pressed. This is causing the user to have to select the view changes again, each time a change is made to the booking.
Account name: Cairns Convention Centre
Region: Australia
Client version: 24.42025022501 in Prod
Steps to reproduce: Screen Recording - March 04, 2025
Expected results: To allow pages to stay where the user is working instead of either scrolling back to the top or back to their original view.
Business impact if not resolved: Customer inconvenience. Will have to resort to using the 28 day span, which contains far more information than what is needed.

- Section Grid State: Details pages now remember the selected tab, section grids, and reading pane splitter position.
- Reading Pane Optimization: The reading pane no longer reloads unnecessarily when reopening unless the selected row has changed.
- Why: These updates improve efficiency by reducing repetitive setup, allowing users to quickly resume their workflows without extra steps.
