Issue with Event Reports and Drawer Functionality in New UI

Description of the issue: When we pull event reports (such as our Operations Report 2025), they open in drawers, making it difficult to navigate to the event and view the event details, which is often necessary when filling out the report.

Additionally, when we fill out the report fields and click OK to open the report in a new tab, the drawer containing the fields in the current tab closes. If a mistake is made while filling out the report, all the fields need to be redone. Is there a way to keep the drawer with the filled-out fields open so that we can easily update and regenerate the report without having to redo everything?

What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Client is trying to pull a report and in backend trying to navigate to the event and view the event details, which is often necessary when filling out the report.
Business impact if not resolved: takes longer to address manual report errors

Divya Thakur This is working as designed.

Drawers will close when the action is taken and currently this is no way to view the information behind the drawer.

We advise in the case they need to refer to information behind the drawer to duplicate the browser tab.

Please advise the customer to submit their feedback via Pendo.
