1. Main Menu search Custom Reports and Links
2. Find report "Plan of the Day"
3. Go to display field and switch it to on Main Menu

Observed vs. Expected Results: The options in Prod are different than the options in Test. Module group we see Events and Operations but in Test we see Events and Operations (Enterprise).
What does the client want to accomplish: They want to upgrade to 24.4 and not lose this functionality.

Cathy Herrick Mike Schepker could you assist here? It looks like the “Events and Operations” module isn't available in test. Looks like a configuration issue.

Seth Halvaksz - Corrin and I looked at it together already and I told her to enter the Documentus. The licensing is the same between Prod and Test as far as I could see which is why I thought it might be a functionality change (maybe an unintended change??) between 24.3, which is what they have for Prod, and 24.4 what their Test is on.

How was module group of “Events and Operations” created? Are you seeing it in any customer's test environments, or was it created just for this customer?

Seth Halvaksz - the screenshot Corrin provided shows a comparison to what Prod shows versus Test. There is no ‘Events and Operations’ module group to select in Test although it is there in Prod.
In Test the closest we saw was 'Events and Operations (Enterprise)' which has completely different Module choices for OSB, and none for Event Management and Coordination (EM) which Prod does have.
But licensing has not changed in Test.

Cathy Herrick How is the “‘Events and Operations’ module group” created? is that something that i could go into any test environment and see if its there, or is it something the customer creates?

Seth Halvaksz those options are not something that are configurable. My understanding is they are driven by how the code views licensing. Licensing didn't change between Prod and Test which is why we are not understanding why the options to select are different.

Cathy Herrick i discussed this internally, and I was told that Naval Academy does not have the “Event Managment and Coordination (EM)" assigned in MyUSI.
Were you aware of that? Do they have this module in test, but not in prod?

Seth Halvaksz Prod and Test both have the same license. However, I'm not seeing the Event Management and Coordination (EM) module listed in their MyUSI account or under System Features within Prod or Test. Do you know which module it should be included in?

Seth Halvaksz - Yes, they're licensing is unchanged between Prod and Test - yet the functionality of adding this custom link has changed. Since licensing is the same I can only think that there was a functionality change between 24.3 (what Prod is on) and 24.4 (what Test is on) that made them lose this. If they have to update licensing to get the functionality back I think we should do that.

It sounds like we must have made some licensing changes for the “Event Management and Coordination (EM)” module.
From looking at a SKU-Entitlement mapping doc, I see its in these SKUs:
However, Naval Academy has “Ungerboeck for Conference/Congress Centers and Special Event Venues”. It sounds like we may have made updates in 24.4.
That said, i'll find out if there is a reason this was excluded for this SKU. My guess is it was an oversight.
I've also asked Carissa if there's a way to add custom links in the Navigation. That's what they want to do.

Just following up to see if you are in need of any information from me or the client.
The client also asked if this could be due to them removing their Chrome extension? I did not believe so, but they said they had it removed due to it being a security risk.

Update: I spoke with Kaitlyn last week, and she doesn't think this is an entitlement issue.
She logged into their account in prod, and she's seeing the entitlement under “Marketing”. I'm investigating internally what's going on here.

Corrin Nolasco discussed with engineering, and this is a bug. Can you open a ticket and post the link here.
We're not sure exactly what is happening, but doesn't appear to be widespread.

Corrin Nolasco also if possible could we get a copy of their 24.3 database (where its working) and their 24.4 database (where it is not working)
