Text not adjusting to dwg dimensions

Description of the issue: DWG used for floorplan is set to millimeters but it seems like the draw text box component is not adjusting to scale.
Account name: The Mart
Region: North America
Client version: 24.3
Steps to reproduce: Go to floorplan for 2025 NeoCon>NeoCon 2025>draw>add text>write out text and try to reduce size to 6. 6 size font still looks large compared to the rest of the floorplan.
Observed results vs Expected results: I would have thought the text size would be more to scale that the dwg is in. 6 size font still looks large compared to the rest of the floorplan.
What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Put in reasonable size text on floorplan
Business impact if not resolved: Medium

Please work with Manjunath on this issue, he will be able to adjust the DWG to the appropriate settings to import correctly.

He was the one that gave the file back in mm. The import was imported using that setting.
