Unable to Access Integration Hub

  • Description of the issue: Client is reporting that they are receiving the following error message: “Your user does not have access to the Integration Hub.  Access is controlled by the following access privilege - Allow Integration Hub Access."  Client has been referred to this by the article shared with him (https://enterpriseapimanagement-prod.developer.azure-api.net/onboarding).  When added users to the Access Privilege, the error message then

  • Client version: 24.3
  • Steps to reproduce: 
  1. Log in to Enterprise.
  2. Navigate to the Main Menu.
  3. Either search for Integration Hub or go to EVENTS AND OPERATIONS > Event Management and Coordination > Utilities, and click on Integration Hub.
  • Observed results vs Expected results: Not sure what the expected results are supposed to be.  Client appears to believe they are supposed to be able to access this.  I know that the client has been working with Product on the new BETA version of APIs so I am not sure if they are supposed to have this configured to be able to access.
  • What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Client is trying to set up new APIs.
