Proposal checkbox missing while adding a new document

Description of the issue: Proposal checkbox is missing while setting a document as a Proposal document when adding a new document.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to the Events page and select the event for the proposal.
  2. Right-click on the selected event and select Edit > Edit Event. The Edit Event window opens.
  3. Select the Documents tab and click Add. The Add Document window opens.
  4. Enter the necessary document information.
  5. Check Proposal.
  6. Click OK.

Observed results vs Expected results: The proposal checkbox is missing while following the above steps. Has this functionality changed or are we missing anything here?

    Can you find out if the “Proposal” checkbox was removed when adding documents?

    Richard Marmura i just checked classic UI and couldn't find the proposal option. It seems it was removed - i'm assuming intentionally.

    ChangedTable: ZZ920, RowKey: 398033, RowState: Modified, Description: MM446_PROPOSAL ChangeDetails: Column: ZZ920_COMMENT, Original: Proposal, Current: Show on Event Portal Column: ZZ920_NOTE, Original: Contains a Y if the document is considered the proposal document for the event.  Only applies to event documents., Current: Contains a Y if the document is should be shown in Event Portal.  Only applies to event documents. Column: ZZ920_IN_CONTEXT_LABEL_ID, Original: , Current: 0 Column: ZZ920_HELP_TEXT, Original: Indicates which event document is the proposal document.  Only one proposal document is allowed per event., Current: Indicates if the event document should be shown in Event Portal Column: ZZ920_ABBR_DESC, Original: Proposal, Current: Show on Event Portal

    So this is “As Designed”. We can consider a change in the future as a part of the roadmap.
