Recreation Steps:
- Login with above credentials
- Search for event 6849
- Go to the Service orders tab and right click> Send Email
- Notice on the Event tab there is not an Event ID it just shows the Event when it used to show the Event ID, is this working as designed?
Observed vs. Expected Results: The Event Field on the email shows the Event name and not the Event ID
What does the client want to accomplish: The client wants that Event field to show the Event ID and not the Event name.

Josh - i asked engineering and they don't remember Event ID being here. They checked and we still have Event in 24.1. I'm guessing the customer will argue it was there. Do they have a way to show it was previously available?
