Business impact if not resolved: Buisness impact seems big. I would think you should be able to filter by venue however you cannot. Unless this is working as designed.

- Login to V30> Main Menu> Search Operations Suite Configuration

- Sign in using usiadmin/ITRocks2014
- Click on filters and notice you cannot filter by venue.
Observed vs. Expected Results: Observed result is you cannot filter by venue however we would expect a venue filter to be on there.
What does the client want to accomplish: To be able to filter by venue

I need to bump this. We know the venue filter exists in MWO. Can we review this issue. It's been over a month. thanks!

Hi Adam, it looks like the Venue filter displays automatically in MWOs when the Order is linked to a Function that has a Space with a Venue setup.

Agree. Here is a video I added to the support ticket. https://share.birdie.so/3RGSqvAE. So the issue might be that these are booking functions on the event? Is it that they need to add a function with a service order, before they see the filter?

Correct, they need to be Service Orders
