Description of the issue: Searching for partial account name does not return any record
Account name: Palm Springs Convention Center
Region: US
Client version: 24.3
Steps to reproduce:
https://supportwebus.ungerboeck.com/PalmSpringsCC_Prod/
1. Login (usiadmin/ITRocks2014) and go to Accounts from the global navigation.
2. Search for Well
3. See that two results come up, LGBT Wellness Foundation and Wells Fargo.
4. Now search Well in the desert and see that an account for Well in the Desert shows. Why does this account not show when just Well is searched? It found LGBT Wellness Foundation and Wells Fargo.
Observed results vs Expected results: Searching Well does not return Well in the Desert. We would expect it to since Well is in the name of Well in the Desert.
What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Have proper accounts show when searching.
Business impact if not resolved: Confusing and costs time by needing to change searching terms to find what you're looking for.

Tried rebuilding the full text catalog and the indexes to see if that changed anything and it didn't. The account still doesn't show when searching just well.

This looks to be working as expected. “Well" is a noise word so it is discarded from the returned result when using the Search filter. “In” and “The” are as well so only “Desert” is actually used in your second example. I've included a link to the KB article that has an attachment showing all the noise words for English.
