DocuSign Integration 2024.3 update
AnsweredHello -
A customer has asked for more clarification on one of the notes listed in the 2024.3 release document. Specifically, they are asking what the following means and how it affects users who use the DocuSign integration:

Could anyone provide more details on what this means for users? For example, does this impact user workflows, and will they need to log back in each time they send a document for signing? Thanks in advance.

To answer the question on whether this will impact user workflows – users will not need to sign in each time they are sending documents for signature within Momentus. They will only need to sign in to DocuSign if they want to log into Docusign to view the documents that were actually sent. However if only sending documents from within Momentus, they will not need to log in to Docusign. This is because of a recent change by Docusign to leave the user signed in as an Admin in Docusign. To address this, we log out the Docusign user.”
