SQL for removing old data/documents

Description of the issue
Client has old data/documents they want to get rid of. They cannot edit those documents anymore.

I believe the customer would need to work with Services to provide a SQL statement.
Would they be able to use the Find Documents page to manually delete these documents? Or are we talking about 1,000's of documents?

We talking 1,000's
Manually is not possible as they cannot edit them. No “mark for delete” option.
They are already in a process with Services but out of that I also issued an enhancement to maybe get a tool for archiving/deleting those old documents and also a lot of old data in general.
They are just having an enormous database wiht a lot of “trash”.

The customer was asking for a system feature to deal with old and outdated / not needed data.
This not limited to documents but also includes accounts, service orders, events, contracts, etc.Their goal is to improve the performance of the database and also to reduce the size.
In Org 10 their next account code would be 02222635 and the next service order would be 1450696.We are currently removing an entire organization with Tech Services as there is no standard process in the software to do this. From this we notice they would rather have a standard feature for database cleanup instead of TS providing a custom development.
