Product and Services approval view pulling different data points

  • Description of the issue: View on product approvals has exhibitor has one of the columns and is grouping by exhibitor. Some groupings are showing the exhibitor name and some are showing exhibitor id. 
  • Account name: Florida Strawberry Fest
  • Region: N. Amers
  • Client version: 24.2
  • Steps to reproduce: Event ID 5003>tools>exhibitors> exhibitor products approval window> look at view “products and services pending approval”> you can also watch recording. 
  • Observed results vs Expected results: I feel it should be name or exhibitor id not a combo of both. 
  • What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Approval products by exhibitor record not by account.
  • Business impact if not resolved: Have to find complete workaround to approve products and services

    @... can you take a look at this one? It is impacting my customer's ability to approve products.

    This looks like a bug.  I assume we have data in 2 formats and the system is not handling the 2nd format correctly.  Send it to support to recreate for dev.
