- What is the job the client is trying to accomplish
- They need to know if there is an Event in a base Space, even if it is booked through a composite space.
- Business impact if not resolved
- Incorrect availability report resulting in double bookings.

- This article https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046650194-Availability-Report says “The report shows the booking status and event type (optional) for bookings that are direct bookings and are not cancelled and not released.”
- What are reasons for direct bookings and can the report be amended to include non-direct booking?
