The Event Department for the Venues on the Campus (Bildungscampus Heilbronn https://bildungscampus.hn/en/ next to the new AI Campus) has currently about 20 Enterprise Users of 550,000 Employees. Due to their group guidelines, the whole org uses 1 system for e-signature approval on documents, for everything that needs to be signed.
Therefore the DOCUSIGN tool is not a possible special e-signature-solution with Momentus Enterprise as an exception, they even have a department only for the administration of “ADOBE SIGN” just like they have one internal IT department for the operating system, one for Microsoft Tools etc.

Requirement: All Enterprise Confirmations and CONTRACTS need - 2 factor authentication - Content and value approval
Adobe Sign as an e-Signature / Tool for their event customers
No Custom Solution:
Enterprise Product Solution: They were offered a custom solution with Ungerboeck Software, now Momentus / Technical Services will refrain from a custom solution that will need maintenance (we spoke to Roman Jung already). Schwarz IT are not willing to pay for it, yet would be ready to cooperate with Product as a pilot, if the solution would eventually go into the general release.
Question to CSM:
How will MT manage this request from Enterprise customers in the future, are there best practices for e-Signature, e-invoicing, is there anything new in the pipeline?
How will AI be used in Enterprise for e-signature on Online-Confirmations and Contracts, with e-signatures?

Other German customers like BM.Cultura do not use DocuSign - as considered too expensive. They work with Adobe Plus licenses on tablets, and upload the signed pdf documents with drag & drop to the Events Documents folder.
