Issue Description: Client is wanting to sell extra coffee beans as an upsell with their coffee machine. They don't want the client to be able to buy the beans without first purchasing the coffee machine first.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Navigate to Exhibitor Service Centre Configuration from Main Menu

2. Copy Shortcut

3. Paste shortcut in new tab/window

4. Enter a number for a booth eg: 10

5. Select beverages

6. Select the coffee machine

7. Note that the coffee beans come up as suggested items and can be added to cart without purchasing the coffee machine itself

8. Add the coffee machine and note that you also get a pop up to buy the beans

Observed v Expected Results: Suggested Items does not show coffee beans and they only show on the pop up upsell prompt meaning that they can only be added after purchasing the machine itself.

What does the client want to accomplish?: To stop clients buying just beans.

Business Impact: Clients purchasing beans thinking they have a whole coffee machine resulting in disappointed clients.

    Suggested upsells will always display as an optional item at the bottom of the original item.  There is only a configuration to determine if the upsell item also displays the prompt after ordering the original item.  

    They need to use required upsells for this use case.  They would setup 2 required upsell items with the coffee machine, 1. extra coffee beans, 2. no extra coffee beans.  This will provide the desired workflow.

    Hi Eric,

    Having 2 required upsells, works ok. However, if we have an upsell items with a QTY of 1, what if the customer wants 2 or more? The Qty is greyed out in ESC.

    Since we do not support the exact workflow desired, I recommend adding an item note so the user can indicate if they want more coffee beans, or allow users to purchase coffee beans outside of the process for buying coffee machine.
