    • Release notes are now in final review and will be published to clients once I get an okay, link on the page. They are available internally; please take a look and ping me ASAP if you see any typos, have questions, etc. I'll comment again when they're available for clients, and you'll be able to confirm because the red banner is removed.
    • The linked Ask Mo Overview article is still being updated, that will be live before these are published for clients. When it is up, please be sure to check that out for details about both Ask Mo Support and Ask Mo Data.
    • Both Function Smart Imports and Ask Mo Data are only available for Pro and Premier clients. Since the new tiers won't be rolled out until SKO next week, we're just saying "contact your primary Momentus contact" for now, and will update that verbiage after SKO.

    Release notes are now live for clients! Reminder that these are DRAFT until the release date (Jan 23). At that time I'll be attaching a PDF version of the notes to the article.

    Updates are live on the release resources page:

    • Lots of KB updates and additions are linked, including a new article with guidelines for good prompting, a new Workspaces article, and updated Oulook Email Integration docs. The A/R Demographics article also now has a list of all the changes that are tracked in the audit log.
    • Analytics docs and E-Invoicing docs are not complete; aiming to have those ready in time for their respective launch dates. 
    • A LearnUpon course is coming soon for Analytics! Internal enablement for Customer Org and SEs is on Thursday, Jan 22 (ping Rich if it's not on your calendar). Block out some time Tuesday or Wednesday to do the course and submit questions ahead of the enablement; I'm planning on getting that to you first thing Tuesday.

    Seth has made the Pendo Resource Center live in Enterprise. I've added this to the release notes so clients are aware. Right now, both the Pendo Resource Center and the help flyout open; the help flyout will be removed in 25.4 (there's a Launch Darkly flag that can be flipped). You can try this out in MasterDemo!

    • The Product Feedback and Community links are just like on the current flyout.
    • Virtual Support is the new AI bot, same as on the Support Center.
    • Knowledge Base is a dedicated knowledge base search widget, people can click out to articles. There's a formatting issue that Seth is working on.

    I apologize for commenting again on the resources article - I knew there was something I wanted to include and forgot! The release notes have been updated and taken out of draft:

    • A PDF version of is now attached at the top.
    • Added a section about the in-app help
    • The documentation for the Outlook Email Integration has been updated and links added, as well as a link to the new Workspaces article.
    • The latest fix notes have been added.

    Clients who subscribe to the release notes should receive a notification about these updates.

    This course covers information available in the KB article, but has a short video from Chai showing it in the application.
