In the Support app, navigate to the Tools section; and click on the Conversion Tools tab. Most of the page is taken up with the capsule list.
Mostly this is for reference, and to make it easy to copy and paste a CapsuleId in order to import it.
Refreshing the list
If a new created capsule is not showing up, you can click the Refresh icon (⟳) to force the page to retrieve the freshest information about the capsules. It make take a few moments for this to complete.
Deleting an individual capsule
You can also delete individual capsules by clicking on the Trash Can icon (🗑) in the appropriate row.
This will bring up a confirmation slider. Ready to delete it? Click the Confirm button.
Purging old capsules by version
Capsules are only compatible with specific versions of the app. Once a new major version has been released, the older capsules are no longer usable. Therefore, we have added a "purge" feature to make it easy to mass-delete these old capsules. To use this feature, click on the Trash Can icon (🗑) in the header.
This will bring up the Purge Capsules slider, where you can select the major versions that you wish to be included in the purge. (It does not allow purging for the current major version.)
Check the versions you wish to purge and click the Confirm button.
You will not get much feedback that it is running; but if you refresh the capsule list after a few minutes, you should see that those capsules have been deleted.
This operation will also appear on the Support Tool Logs page.
