Pre-requisite
- You should already have a CapsuleId that identifies the data you wish to import.
- You need permissions to import data into the cluster.
In the Support app, create an empty account (tenant). Click the Tenant Utilities icon.
On the Tenant Utilities slider, click the Import button.
On the Tenant Import slider, select Conversion Capsule, then copy/paste in the appropriate CapsuleId.
You can choose to not include the documents in the import. This will usually shorten the time it takes to do an import, which might be helpful in some cases where the documents are not important.
Ready? Click the Import button.
